VectorPilot CFI provides digital aviation study materials, including but not limited to study guides, question banks, video lessons, and checkride preparation materials. Our services are designed to supplement, not replace, formal flight training and instruction.

3. Educational Purpose

Our materials are for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and alignment with FAA standards, users are responsible for verifying all information with current FAA regulations and their certified flight instructors. VectorPilot CFI does not guarantee checkride success.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by VectorPilot CFI are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment for digital products is processed securely through our payment providers. Our refund policy includes:

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

6. Limitation of Liability

VectorPilot CFI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or materials. Users assume full responsibility for their flight training and checkride preparation.
